Got pimples on her hand in 1 area, last time somebody kissed her was on the neck&it was six days ago.she asked the clinic&he said it might be a virus?

Shingles?: If one hand is the only site of the pimple-like rash, herpes zoster (shingles) seems like a good possibility. I doubt it i from the kiss on the neck. She should ask the clinic about shingles testing and treatment. Treatment can speed healing and, most important, can help prevent later pain in the area (post-herpetic neuralgia). But treatment must be started early to do any good.
