Dermatologist: If you haven't been examined by a dermatologist,see one. If you have, get a second opinion. I'd still be suspicious of some kind of insect bites or perhaps pemphigus or pemphagoid reaction.

Itchy bumps: Is it in a line? Could be scabies ( elmite). or molluscum contagiosum, syphilis (check RPR) impetigo or even eczema, may be allergic to foods/ environment or psoriasis. Check for mosquito as well ( are they in Texas this time of year? )Would follow up with dermatologist .
