Would strongly urge you to seek counseling to help you overcome your fears and anxieties. Your symptoms are not signs of any intracranial disaster, and you have 3 imaging studies that are apparently normal. Cognitive behavioral therapy has helped numerous folks get reassured and confident. Get proactive.
