Brain bleeds have been associated with numerous metastatic cancers, brain hemorrhages can also be due to aneurysms, AVMs, bleeding disorders, and strokes (especially hypertensive). Appears that your imaging is reassuring so far. Unable to predict your risk as we cannot exclude the development of disorders in the future which may result in bleeding.
