Can an mra of the head diagnose a brain bleed/hemorrhage? or do you need a regular mri?

An MRA of the brain can detect an intracranial blood clot.

A standard MRI will easily detect extra cranial, intracranial, and subarachnoid bleeding. MRA would detect vessel narrowing or block and vascular variations such as AVM or aneurysm
