Having trouble breathing through nose, feels blocked mostly. trouble breathing through mouth too, feels like mucus at the back of throat. low alertness,fatigue, irritable. spo2 is 97%. bp is 142/89.breathing problem since 2 weeks but much worse today?

Suspect you have common cold with sinus inflammation. I recommend using heating pad over sinus areas. Some colds take longer than others to get over. I would ask a Dr there as they will know what is going around there.
