Viral: These symptoms are consistent with a viral upper respiratory tract infection which should run its course in several days. I recommend throat gargling and irrigating your nasal passages with warm salt water. Drink fluids to keep your mucus moist. Using a decongestant nasal spray should relieve the blockage in your nose. You could also take decongestant tablets recommended by your pharmacist
