I have one tube tied, a baseball size fibroid and had novasure procedure - what are my chances of getting pregnant?

Very low!: At age 51, with one tubal ligation, and status post novasure procedure, the chance of you get pregnant is very low, close to 0.

Very low: At age 51, post novasure, your chance of becoming pregnant is extremely small, but not impossible. If you became pregnant the chance of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy would be relatively high as well. Not sure why you only had one tube tied, but i would recommend having your hormone levels checked to see if you're menopausal. If not, i would still recommend birth control.
