If you did not have a sexual exposure you did not need STDs. The commonest causes are an infection in the lower urinary tract or eating or drinking which irritates the urinary tract.. Drink plenty of water and take Azo for a few days and stop the beer. If it still persists see a Urologist. Not related to any kind of balls. Yes worry can aggravate it.
