If you had gonorrhea or chlamydia then the test would be positive. Symptoms are not required to test positive for either infection. In fact most people have no symptoms despite testing positive.

Yes. many things can cause temporary dysurea and not necessarily diseases. Make sure water is part of your daily intake. Good luck
