Dear doctors, my urethra burns after a new girlfriend every morning, and only after urination. ~1 hour after urination, mucus is discharged with burning. all sti tests and culture are negative. antibiotic does not diminish. what could this be?

Additional testing: Culture may not identify all organisms that can cause urethetitis. You should contact an infectious disease specialist and consider molecular testing for gonococcus, chlamydia and mycoplasma. Wish you good health!
