Got in car wreck, suffer with headaches. ct states there is no midline shift, mass effect. there is preservation of the gray white matter differentiation. the visualize paranasal sinuses or unremarkable. the calvarium is intact. is everything ok?

The report states that there is no concerns. If headaches continue and get worse and other problems arise than go back to doctor for a follow-up.

No abnormalities were discovered in the imaging studies, That does not rule out functional issues. It would be prudent to talk to the doctor who ordered theses studies.
