I dont have the full report so interpretation is difficult We have gray matter in the brain where processing is done the white matter is where commnications occurs. if preserved it is normal so would not worry. for how long were you dizzy and vomiting? If short term could be dehydration, GI issues, medications, viral issue or vertigo . Follow up with MD

Your imaging was to exclude brain swelling and increased intracranial pressure but this was fine on testing. Your symptoms were not due to brain disorder
