If B12 2000, means B-12 blood level of 2000pg/ml and one is not taking B-12 supplementation ; - while the Normal range is about 150- 1100pg/ml; then that is high. Because persisting high B-12 levels can have several health -related causes, One should repeat the level measurement and if still high have the PCP or Specialist do a Comprehensive Medical Assessment of the cause.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your level is elevated and may be a sign chronic inflammation. Wish you good health!
