In the past month i have had my b 12 tested 3 times and that was at 2 different labs. all 3 came back elevated b12 200, then 1723, then 2000 again.

Whats the question?: Are you asking if a B12 of 2000 is dangerous? Are you asking why one of them is lower? If you're taking B12 supplements, its pretty normal to be high. But probably not dangerous.
