Just take Ibuprofen OTC 200 mg x 2-3 tablets with foods every 6-8 hours as needed for a couple days. Initially, you should avoid the movements, e.g. certain exercise or activity, which exacerbate the pain. Most of the time, pain should get better after 2-3 days. Sleeping on a hard surface or firm mattress is also helpful. If there is no improvement after 5-7 days, you should see a doctor by then.
