I was lifting furniture 7 days ago. about 3 hours later, i started to notice really bad lower back pain, and it hurts to sit, stand, walk, or even lie down. i feel this dull aching pain that's concentrated in my lower back herniated disk? a strain?

Sort out : Disc injury might lead to unilateral leg pain, numbness, weakness BUT sacroiliac and facet problems might also radiate somewhat. Persistent symptoms urge need for evaluation and lumbar imaging
