A doctor has provided 1 answer

LBP problems: Pain causing you difficulty standing upright could be due to facet impingement or arthropathy, but may also be due to scare-iliac dysfnctn. Might consider discogenic problem alternatively. Would start with your doctor, commence physical therapy, and perhaps osteopathic therapy. Imaging may clarify. Should turn around in 7-10 days if straightforwards.
