I have posterior tibial tendinitis. i have been doing pt for 5 weeks. is it safe for me to jog even tho i still feel some pain. i have the correct insoles the orthopedic prescribe to me?

Jogging puts stress on the tibial tendon. It is best to let it heal completely and get checked by your ortho before jogging.
