This may be a weird question, but is it normal to hear nothing in your ear when you swallow? i recently had an ear infection, and it clicked each time in my ear when i swallowed, and now i hear nothing but a click sometimes when swallowing?

Due to the recent viral infection, your eustachian tubes are malfunctioned and they do not open when you swallow which may affect your hearing. Your middle ears probably still have fluid with this malfunction.
