Definition "suspects" : to have an idea or impression of the existence, presence, or truth of (something) without certain proof. It means your physician needs to investigate your issue further to make a determination of what that issue might be.

It means that changes were found of unclear significance until better described. Usually a different imaging test is employed in order to better characterize findings. Your treating doc will be best to place such findings in clinical context.
