Ultrasound: Yes, depending on the type and sensitivity of the machine, you may only see a sac without the fetal pole inside. Things will be significantly different in 1 week.

PREGNANCY: Ultrasound that early will not show a lot except that you are pregnant ! baby is still developing until age 3 months gestation. Your OB md will advise you accordingly to the progress of your pregnancy. Good luck !
