Probable sequestration of the paramediastinal right lower lobe with possible foregut (esophageal) communication, what does diagnosis mean,how will egd tell me about lungs,what are options based on severity,even if we get a good look is surgery ?

Possibly communication between that part of the lung and the tube taking food to the stomach. egd will allow the GI dock to see if there is one or not. Treatment or surgery will depend on the findings.
