Mixed reviews: Tea contains caffeine which can relax the sphincter between the esophagus and the stomach causing a backflow of stomach acid which can exacerbate the esophagitis. On the other hand, green tea has been found to be beneficial.

No data...: There is no data to support drinking tea will have any positive effect on barrett's esophagus. The caffeine in tea promotes reflux which should be avoided. Good luck!
