it is not normal to have a mass in the left ventricle. With the knowledge and techniques we have today, a good cardiologist and cardiothorasic surgeon should be able to handle this. The only danger would be if you didn’t get proper care. Good luck to you

Since the normal LV mass index by echocardiogram in women is between 53-69, I'm confused by a reading of 264.6. The cardiologist who interpreted your echo will have to advise you.
