You have mild inflammation in the middle ear. If your nose is still congested and you can't open the eustachian tubes with maneuver (clamp your nose and breath out strongly with closed mouth), you can use OTC steroid inhaler (flonase, nasonex, etc.), 2 x day, until you can open the tubes or your hearing is clear. If the eustachian tubes are open, your hearing will be normalized soon.
