So i was sick a week ago with a minor cold. then maybe almost 4 days ago my hearing went muffled. i havent seen a doctor because i was kind of waiting it out to see if it wouldve gotten better it hasnt. i need at home remedies?

You have mild inflammation in the middle ear. If your nose is still congested and you can't open the eustachian tubes with maneuver (clamp your nose and breath out strongly with closed mouth), you can use OTC steroid inhaler (flonase, nasonex, etc.), 2 x day, until you can open the tubes or your hearing is clear. If the eustachian tubes are open, your hearing will be normalized soon.
