I cut open my finger while home alone when i looked at it i got nauseous and my hearing went out its not super deep id say about an inch wide and maybe a half inch deep i can see stuff inside of it. im not sure if i should go to the doctor?

HARD TO SAY: I am not sure what you see inside but the need for stitches is when it is deep and bleeding so the stitches helps to heal better and avoid infection. Not all cuts need to be stitched just depends on how deep. Hard to say if you cannot stand looking.
