What is the good treatment for the child who reach the 5th year and he just say few words although the doctor said that his brain and his hearing fine?

Abnormal speech: The normal child starts talking at 1 years of age and is fluent by 2 with half of the speech being intelligent. If your child is not talking at 5 years, the most likely cause is autism. I would highly recommend a speech and language assessment either by your school district or a local intervention clinic. As far as treatment, that depends on how co operative your child is.
