Last period 2018, age 48. days ago, had spotting. gyn did internal exam - normal. ordered us: normal ovaries & uterus, endometrium normal 0.2, with thickening near fundus 0.53. if more imaging needed, recommend sonohysterography. should i worry?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your GYN who examined you is in a better position to advise you. Do follow her/his advice for additional tests, if any. Wish you good health!
