Dr. Hunter Handsfield answered

Pelvic pain: Vaginismus (vaginal spasm)? Endometriosis (missed on ultrasound)? Mittelschmerz (ovulation pain)? Discuss with the doctor who you have apparently been seeing, who ordered the ultrasound. If uncertain or not confident in her advice, get a second opinion. It should be pretty easy to come up with a clear answer. Good luck!
