Not much: 1. thickened endometrium is common in fertile women. 2. No sac means that if you were trying to get pregant, there is no evidence at this time. If you think you may be pregnant, do a pregnancy test and if positive repeat US in two weeks. 3. polycystic ovaries is another common finding in fertile women. This can be seen in a disease associated with infertility. talk to your doctor.
