The right side of my head hurts, but only when i look back and forth. looking up and down or keeping my head still results in no pain. this isn't a headache, so what could it be?? i've had this pain (quite mild) for over a day?

The most common cause of pain with eye movement or pain behind the eye is a sinus infection. You should see a Dr either on telemedicine or in person for an examination and treatment.
