The standard tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia are extremely accurate and you can be sure you have neither of them. But this doesn't mean you do not have NGU , which is a separate problem. But if you have no discharge from the penis or painful urination, you can be sure you don't have it. Most cases of NGU are harmless. But see a doctor in person if you remain concerned.
