Maybe nothing wrong: Oral sex is low risk for all STDs and having no symptoms is good evidence against infection. If "never discharge", why tested a second time? Other symptoms? Entirely healthy men have a few urethral WBC from time to time, i.e. maybe nothing is wrong. For sure you don't have gonorrhea or chlamydia. If you're not in the care of one of UK's excellent NHS GUM clinics, consider doing it now. Good luck!
