How prevalent is mgen when having genital to genital contact? i've strands in urine like cotton but they aren't numerous. tested negative for ngu and chlamydia, also mgen but outside of window and on doxycycline. swabs clear of infection (pus). help?

The per contact risk of acquiring Mycoplasma genitalium has not been studied and is unknown. But with negative evaluation for NGU and while on doxycycline, you can be confident you do not have it. Testing for M gen isn't even recommended except in men with diagnosed persistent or recurrent NGU after previous treatment. Don't worry about it.
