cirrhosis is the result of a long term insult to the liver. your problem does not come under it. you should be fine

If the obstruction does not recur you are not at risk of cirrhosis from this episode. Do not drink alcohol. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
