My husband was diagnosed with stage 1 testicular cancer 1 month ago. chest x-r and abd ct clear. surgical path localized, margins clear. afp/ldh coming down. just had chest ct and said 2 masses in lungs. is this possible? why no + nodes anywhere?

The lung masses are to be evaluated in light of the kind of testicular cancer- seminoma, terato Ca etc. Cancer metastasis sometimes do not follow the expected pattern Also if found i to be part of testis cancer they can be treated. Between your Urologist and Oncologist they will find a treatment. Good luck
