April 2022 is when i started having issues pooping. have multiple sclerosis gi diagnosed with hiatal hernia and diverticulosis and hemorrhoids. im extremely constipated and can not push out on my own. what could be the problem im having?

For constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
