3 years ago an endoscopy results showed that i have a hiatal hernia, gastric mucosal erythema, diverticulosis, a few gastric polyps should i be worrie?

H/H gastric polyps: H/h diverticulosis are very common and just give signs of reflux. The gastric polyps should be followed up by a gastroenterologist periodically. Large polyps should be removed .Small polyps may resolve wiht treatment with meds like prevecid.
