I was diagnosed with sudden deafness. the doctor ordered prednisone for 10 days, 5 days with 60mg/day and then tapering off with 50-40-30-20-10. since quitting i have had headaches every day and feeling a little off / fuzzy. would this be normal?

What you have experienced is not consistent with steroid withdrawal symptoms, especially you were just on a short course, but it can't be ruled out entirely. Please check your blood pressure to make sure it is not too high or too low. If the symptoms are due to steroid withdrawal because you are highly sensitive, you should get better in a couple days. By the way, how is your hearing now?
