While getting a hydration iv infusion, the rn accidentally put an iv my brachial artery not in my vein, it was removed but i have a hematoma about a quarter size now. it was iced it right away and the swelling has gone down. should i be concerned?

No concern. Probably you'll have a bruise, but otherwise no harm.
