I fell hitting concrete floor hard when i did the vein in my knee puffed up, my knee felt numb. there is burning pain, bruise&swelling. what is it?

Neuroma: If this is recent, then the burning can just be from the bruising. But if it has been a while, there is a small skin nerve around the knee that can get injured with surgery or hard falls such as this. That would cause the burning sensation. I would get it evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon.
