Lots of small lymph nodes, arms,neck,clavicle, groin, spreading over last few months, biggest about 1cm, dont seem to be growing, just appear, would low grade lymphoma act this way? virus screen negative, bloods ok,well, occasional night sweats?

1 cm and less is the size of normal lymph glands at rest, not stimulated by common skin irritation or illness and certainly not cancer. I suspect they are newly found because you are looking, not newly arisen. If you think your doc missed something, get a second opinion, but nothing in this post is worrisome.
