Been taking adderall (ir) on and off for about 15 years in december i recently upped the dose to 30mg twice a day but today i started taking lexapro 10mg for gad and depression..is it normal to feel nauseous? what side effects do i need look out for?

GI upset like nausea is seem initially with antidepressants like lexapro. Oftentimes it resolves in a few weeks. Other well known side effects include loss of libido. But this is not everyone.
