Typhoid: Depending on the medications you are on, it could be medication related. Also it could be overall dehydration from Typhoid. Increase fluids and keep your follow up appointment with your doctor

See below: Typhoid can infect central nervous system. Although this would be unusual in your case, as you received treatment, I think it would be wise to to see your physician to make sure there is no active infection that might need additional antibiotics.
