The left side of my left foor is numb, before this happened i was wearing tight shoes and a tight knee brace on the left for 3 hours, i usually do this but it's the first time that i feel this numbness, will it recover or should i seek help?

It should heal with time. The brace is hitting a nerve causing this problem. A new brace is needed
