I randomly get knee pain when lying down. my hip feels tight as if it has a pocket of gas that needs to be released. i have mild lower back pain on my right side. the numbness and pain spreads is the worst when standing for a few minutes?

? radiculopathy: Your panoply of symptoms causes me to wonder about congenital lumbosacral stenosis, or even ankylosing spondylosis. Since this appears complex, some blood tests and imaging studies are in order. A neurological consult would be a good place to start.
