I have random mild pain, itchiess and tingly feeling on what seems to be the lymph nodes of my chest and on the lymph nodes of my sides right before the armpit lymph nodes. i do have a uti but can't find anywhere if a uti can do this?

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Your presumptions are incorrect. If you suspect lymhnode enlargement best is to see your MD and be examined. UTI do not cause chest or armpit gland enlargement.
