Kidney infection: This could be a kidney infection (pyelonephritis). Get checked out ASAP. Sometimes kidney stones (nephrolithiasis) can also present like this.

Need to see Doctor: This could be a kidney infection, not a bladder infection. Also could be some other totally unrelated illness like mono or Covid 19. With fatigue, chills, shakes and pain, you need to get this sorted out ASAP. Would recommend urgent care center or alternatively an ER if you can't get in over the weekend with your primary physician.
