Pain: What you are describing is pleurisy or pleuritic chest pain- which may mask itself as many things. Such pain can be seen from muscle injury, rib fracture, blood clot, inflammatory diseases such as Lupus, pneumonia, pericarditis it even cardiac disease- there is a long list. You need to see your doctor so they can walk through your history with you.
